Thermal-Tie HD™ is a wider version of our regular Thermal-Tie™! Standard ties are 3/16” wide, our new HD tie is 5/16” wide. That means more surface area to secure your high temperature insulation. Easy to use-- no bands or buckles required! Simply pull the tail end through the head and tighten, just like plastic wire ties. There are no sharp edges, and are easy to handle. The low profile makes them ideal for any tight fit application. Three different lengths to suit your needs: 7.9" long for diameters up to 2"; 14" long for diameters up to 4"; and 33.4" long for diameters up to 10". 304 stainless steel construction, 5/16" width, and a thickness of .010.
