Superior Heat Protection for Wiring, Hoses, and Cables

Keep your wiring, hoses, fuel lines, and cables safe from extreme heat with the Thermaflect Heat Sleeve. Engineered with lightweight silver and chrome fiberglass, it reflects up to 90% of radiant heat, preventing vapor lock and improving system efficiency. By reducing fuel evaporation, it can even help boost mileage and overall vehicle performance. Available in a range of widths and lengths, Thermaflect Heat Sleeve fits various automotive applications. Choose between sewn or hook-and-loop models for either a permanent or removable installation, ensuring the best fit for your setup.

Ideal for Spaces with Good Airflow

Thermaflect is ideal for fuel lines, wiring looms, air intake pipes, intercooler pipes, and A/C hoses with at least 1 inch of airspace and good airflow. For tighter areas with limited airflow, we recommend the Lava Tube or Stealth Sleeve for superior protection.

Lightweight & High-Performance Heat Protection

Unlike heavy silicone-coated sleeves, Thermaflect offers lighter, more effective heat insulation. Withstanding up to 1100°F of radiant heat and 500°F of direct heat, it helps lower under hood and air-intake temperatures, making it perfect for high-performance and daily-driven vehicles.

Tested, Trusted, and Proven Heat Protection

For over 40 years, Heatshield Products has been designing racetrack-tested thermal barriers to protect your vehicle’s critical components. Invest in a heat sleeve that works and keep your engine running cooler and more efficiently.

FAQ

What do ASTM F1939 and Mil-C-24929A mean?

ASTM F1939 is a standardized test method for measuring the radiant heat resistance of materials, simulating high-temperature conditions. Mil-C-24929A is a military specification that outlines performance criteria for protective sleeving used in aircraft and military vehicles. These certifications ensure the sleeve meets rigorous standards for thermal protection and durability.
