Limited Warranty — United States Only

This Limited Warranty applies only to products purchased and delivered within the United States. Products sold, shipped, exported, or otherwise delivered outside of the United States are not covered by this Limited Warranty.

Heatshield Products, Inc.’s merchandise sold within the United States is warranted for 30 days from the date of purchase. If, during this period, a product fails prematurely due to a manufacturing defect, Heatshield Products, Inc. will replace the product without charge upon its return to Heatshield Products, Inc., accompanied by a legible copy of the original proof of purchase and a complete description of the problem.

The customer is responsible for all freight charges associated with returning an alleged defective product to Heatshield Products, Inc. For approved warranty claims within the United States, replacement products will be shipped to the customer without freight charge.

Heatshield Products, Inc. is not responsible for misapplication, improper installation, or misuse of its products. This warranty is null and void if the product has been misused, improperly installed, misapplied, used outside of the product’s advertised thermal parameters, damaged by a malfunctioning vehicle or component, or damaged by other external factors.

THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT INCLUDE LABOR OR COVER THE COST OF ANY ADDITIONAL COMPONENTS OR LABOR REQUIRED TO REMOVE, INSTALL, OR REPLACE THE PRODUCT.

The foregoing states Heatshield Products, Inc.’s entire and exclusive liability for any claim, including claims arising from a breach of any applicable implied warranties, in connection with the sale of the thermal insulation materials covered by this Limited Warranty. Heatshield Products, Inc. shall not be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages.

Heatshield Products, Inc.’s liability for any claim arising from the sale of a covered product shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.

A legible copy of the original proof of purchase must accompany any claim made under this Limited Warranty.
