Removable Heat Shield Sleeve

This removable heat shield sleeve installs without disconnecting lines or wires—perfect for protecting components already in place. Its split design makes it easy to wrap around fuel lines, oil lines, or wire looms and guard them from damaging heat.

Reflects up to 90% of radiant heat
Tested to ASTM F1939 and Mil-C-24929A standards
Should NOT come in direct contact with heat source (needs an air gap)

Lightweight, High-Performance Heat Sleeve for Wiring and Fuel Lines

Thermaflect Heat Sleeve protects wiring, hoses, fuel lines, and cables from extreme radiant heat—reflecting up to 90% when used with at least 1 inch of airspace and proper airflow. Made from lightweight silver and chrome fiberglass, it helps prevent vapor lock, reduce fuel evaporation, and even improve performance and mileage. With options in various lengths and diameters, it’s ideal for air intake tubes, intercooler pipes, wiring looms, and A/C lines in high-performance or daily-driven vehicles.

Flexible Installation with Maximum Heat Protection

Choose between sewn or hook-and-loop versions for permanent or removable installs. If the fit isn’t snug, sealing the ends is critical to block heat intrusion—use hook-and-loop closure, HP Shrink, or clamps for a secure seal. Thermaflect withstands up to 1100°F of radiant and 500°F of direct heat, offering a lightweight, race-tested alternative to bulky silicone sleeves.
