Lightweight, High-Performance Heat Shield Fabric
Thermaflect Cloth is a lightweight, reflective heat barrier designed to protect components and improve efficiency in industrial and heavy-duty applications. With a mirror-like finish, it reflects up to 90% of radiant heat when used with 1 inch of airspace and airflow—outperforming heavier and thicker glass-based materials. It withstands radiant temperatures up to 1100°F and direct contact heat up to 450°F. Face the aluminized side toward the heat source for optimal performance. Available with a high-temperature peel-and-stick adhesive for easy installation, or in custom shapes and roll formats for OEM production.
