Heatshield Armor is a flexible, high-performance exhaust heat shield system engineered to withstand extreme temperatures and deliver superior thermal protection in industrial and marine environments. Capable of handling up to 1800°F continuous and 2200°F intermittent, this heavy-duty insulation reduces radiant pipe temperatures by up to 70%, helping improve DPF efficiency, lower intake and ambient temperatures, and create safer, more efficient workspaces and engine rooms.

Constructed with a rugged aluminized outer armor, Heatshield Armor is abrasion- and weather-resistant, easy to clean—including pressure washing—and highly durable against moisture, chemicals, and mechanical wear. Inside, its BioCool insulation is made from bio-soluble silica fiber that is safe to handle, low-smoke during heat cycling, and extremely effective at resisting high temperatures. The material is flexible, easy to cut, and installs with a simple cut, wrap, and strap process, making it ideal for a wide range of on-site or in-field applications.

Unlike traditional all-metal heat shields that transfer heat to the cold side, Heatshield Armor provides a true thermal break, reducing cold-side temperatures by up to 70%—protecting surrounding components and personnel from radiant heat.
