Heavy-Duty Heat Shield Blanket for Harsh Environments

This multi-layer heavy-duty heat shield blanket is built to withstand extreme heat and protect sensitive electrical panels, wiring, and components in the toughest industrial environments. The outer layer is made from durable 4 mil 321 stainless steel, allowing it to be bent, wrapped, and secured easily around equipment using clamps, screws, rivets, or straps. Ideal for applications that demand rugged, long-lasting heat protection.

Reflects Up to 90% of Radiant Heat

The stainless-steel outer layers fully encapsulate a bio-safe, high-temperature insulation core rated for continuous use up to 1800°F. This layered construction reflects up to 90% of radiant heat, reducing the risk of heat-related failures and improving system reliability. Shields can be unfolded and trimmed for custom fitment. To install, simply cut the inner insulation to size, then trim the stainless outer layer ½ inch larger all around. Fold the edges over to secure and you’re ready to mount.
